Sam Butler

My name is Sam Butler.

It is my privilege to be a duty bearer for the rights of children. This is important to me because I have a responsibility to respect and promote their rights.

I love working at Barrowford as I’m lucky in my role in school as it’s a bit of a mixed bag, no two days are the same. I cover classes in a variety of subjects. I also  support and listen to  children as and when they need me to and it makes me happy to know I’ve made a difference however big or small .

My friends and family would describe me in three words as caring, humorous and committed.
