Melissa Ford

My name is Melissa Ford.

My job in school is intervener in EYFS/Yr1.

It is my privilege to be a duty bearer for the rights of children. This is important to me because every child should be protected and respected. Ensuring that they are cared for and listened to, and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.

I love working at Barrowford School because I love to see the smile on the children’s faces each day and I work with the most amazing staff!

Seeing the children learn and become more confident is so rewarding. Every day is filled with fun, happiness, laughter and positivity. I feel so privileged to be part of the Barrowford team.
