My name is Madia Yasin.

My job in school is Year 3 teacher.

It is my privilege to be a duty bearer for the rights of children. This is important to me because it allows me to contribute to creating an environment where every child can thrive, feel safe and have the right to the education and protection they deserve in a supported and respected environment.

I love working at Barrowford because it is a lovely, warm and welcoming environment for everyone and I get the pleasure to teach and grow with the loveliest bunch of children.

My family and friends would use the following three words to describe me: Passionate, caring and gentle.
