Helaina Begum

My name is Helaina Begum.

My role in school is Year 1/Year 2 intervener.

It is my privilege to be a duty bearer for the rights of children in this school. This is important to me because I believe all children deserve a fair chance at a rounded education, regardless of background.

I love working at Barrowford because I love witnessing the children progress and develop, and I feel great pride in knowing I can be an active contributor to their learning.

Three words my family and friends would use to describe me are caring, nurturing and encouraging.
